Laila Saif has been the Director of HC Strategy & Operations at EGA since 2022.

Mrs. Saif has over 20 years of experience as an accomplished human resources leader across different sectors, including Finance, Industrial, and Oil & Gas.

Mrs. Saif has a proven track record in organisation transformation and restructuring. She worked in global companies including in the United Kingdom and Germany.

Mrs. Saif serves as a board member for EGA Singapore, EGA Reinsurance Limited, and The Sparkle Foundation.

Mrs. Saif holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE, and was enrolled as part of Pathway20, a board accelerator programme overseen by the Middle East-based DEI impact agency, Aurora50.
